Beaton Benchmarks is an annual, industry wide client feedback study for B2B professional services. Every year since 2003, tens of thousands of clients provide feedback on their firms’ service performance.

That includes commercial law firms and legal services, commercial accountants and accounting services, management consulting firms, specialist IP services, built & natural environment services, and all other related services.

Beaton Benchmarks research is open to firms of all sizes operating in Australia and/or New Zealand in these categories. Although to ensure the most meaningful insights, firms are benchmarked against other firms of similar revenue size.
