In 2022 Beaton conducted a landmark study into the state of client experience in professional services firms across Australia and New Zealand. The results of this groundbreaking research will be released in this exclusive online webinar event hosted by ICON.

More than 200 practitioners were surveyed from 199 firms about their firm’s investment in the client experience. Beaton will share the data showcasing which operational factors determined a firm’s ability to successfully compete – from strategy, service, technology, skills and leadership.
